Installation Guide (Windows)
This guide will help you install and configure MipMapEngine on Windows systems.

Hardware Requirementsâ

Supported Graphics Cardsâ
MipMapEngine currently only supports NVIDIA graphics cards
- Graphics Card Architecture Requirements: Compute Capability âĨ 5.0 (Gaussian Splatting âĨ 7.0)
- VRAM Requirements: Graphics card VRAM âĨ 4GB
Driver Version Requirementsâ
- Windows: NVIDIA driver âĨ 528.33
- Linux: NVIDIA driver âĨ 525.60.33
đĒ Windows Installationâ
Step 1: Check System Environmentâ
# Check NVIDIA model and version
nvidia-smi
Step 2: Install Virbox Driverâ
- Download Virbox User Tools: https://lm.virbox.com/tools.html
- Run the installer and follow the wizard to complete installation
Note: Virbox is the encryption and authorization tool for the SDK and must be installed before use.
Step 3: Install SDKâ
Extract the SDK package. The directory structure is as follows:

After installation, the SDK directory structure is as follows:

â âââ reconstruct_full_engine.exe # Reconstruction program, all reconstruction steps execute this program
â âââ license_engine.exe # License management, activate, bind, enumerate licenses
âââ gdal_data/ # GDAL data files
Step 4: Activate Licenseâ
Activate by binding the license code online in the Virbox User Center software

- NVIDIA graphics driver has been updated to the required version
- SDK files have been correctly extracted
- License has been successfully activated
